Are you a food blogger/photographer or food stylist? These ceramic spoons make your food photography come to life by adding interest and organic contrast to your photographs.

I fell in love with ceramics and clay pottery while on a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico in late summer 2018. a few of the restaurants we ate at had gift shops filled with ceramic art and clay molcajete's and clay cantaritos. I immediately fell in love and bought a few pieces to bring back home and use for food styling and photography props for my food and lifestyle blog.

Once home I researched ceramicists and starting your own pottery business. But how was I to do that? I didn't know the first thing about pottery. I daydreamed of quitting my day job and working from home or in a little studio selling pottery.

Well, I began working on that dream by purchasing a portable pottery wheel on a whim and taking a pottery course at a local pottery studio. I fell in love with the whole process and over the next 3 years self directed myself to throw on the wheel and hand build pottery. Guess what? I quit my job a year later to focus on doing something I absolutely love!

At the beginning of 2021 I purchased a small kiln for my garage and as they say... the rest is history! Thanks you for visiting my shop and if you made it this far, thanks for reading my story. I hope my one of a kind ceramic art pieces makes its way into your heart and home.
